1. Shipping Locations
We provide shipping across India, subject to courier availability at the delivery address.
2. Order Processing
● Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation.
● Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays may be processed on the next business day.
● During festivals, promotional periods, or high-order-volume periods, processing may take additional time.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
● Kerala: 1–3 business days
● Other parts of India: 3–7 business days
● Remote locations: Delivery may take additional time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, strikes, incorrect address details, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be displayed or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.
Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotional offers.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on selected products and locations.
To confirm a COD order, Viralkart Kochi may collect a minimum advance payment of ₹100, or a higher advance depending on the product and order value.
This advance helps prevent fraudulent and unwanted COD orders and covers part of the order processing and shipping costs.
The remaining balance will be payable at the time of delivery.
The required advance amount will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
If a customer cancels an order after dispatch or refuses/does not accept the delivery, the advance payment may be non-refundable, subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or other available communication channels.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including their full name, address, PIN code, and valid phone number.
Viralkart Kochi is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Products
All products are checked before dispatch, and we may record product-condition and packing videos for verification.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incomplete product:
1. Do not discard the packaging.
2. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
3. Record a continuous unboxing video from the time the package is opened.
4. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
The unboxing video may be required to process a claim for transit damage, missing items, or other delivery-related issues.
9. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.
10. Delayed or Lost Shipments
After an order is handed over to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier company’s network and operating conditions.
If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, Viralkart Kochi will assist the customer in raising a complaint with the courier partner.
